To log in to Exness, open the Exness Personal Area sign-in page (or the Exness Trade app) and enter the email and password you registered with. If two-factor authentication is enabled, approve the prompt, then open or connect your MT4, MT5 or Terminal account. Your Personal Area password is separate from your trading-platform password. They are different passwords. The Personal Area password signs you into the client portal; each trading account has its own MT4/MT5 password set in the Personal Area.
How do I set up two-factor authentication on Exness?
In the Personal Area open Settings → Security settings, then Change under 2-step Verification, and choose an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator/TOTP), email or SMS. If you lose the device, the security type can be reset to email.
Will Exness ever ask for my password or a transfer?
No. Exness does not contact clients through Telegram, WhatsApp or Facebook to ask for a password or to request that funds be sent to an address. Sign in only at the official Personal Area or the Exness Trade app.
How many accounts can I manage from one Exness login?
One Exness login gives access to all your accounts — up to 100 MT4 and 100 MT5 accounts, 200 in total — together with deposits, withdrawals and settings in the Personal Area.
